Our dog Tibby chewed up a ruler. She did not enjoy being shamed.
I really want to go all the way upstairs but this mean kitty won’t let me. Kitty is a Bully!
I peed on mommy’s pillow. I’m a little sorry. -Maggie.
Jackson is a terrier cross, approximately 8 years old. He adopted me from the Casper, WY Metro Animal Control. I love him to pieces, but he can most certainly be a pill at times, as evidenced by his sign. Jackson’s sign reads, “I pee on any & all packaging materials. My favorites are plastic grocery sacks & cardboard boxes.”
My name is Betty Davis and I am a sweet and social little girl from Washington, DC! I am mellow and love to hang out with both my human and dog friends here at the Washington Humane Society. I’m super smart, and I’ve already learned to sit on command and would love to learn more with some positive training and reinforcement. I really like to go on long walks, then I am ready for a good snuggle. Please consider me to be your new best friend. I can go home with dogs or cats…or both! I prefer my furry friends calm and laid back like me. Because I rock, my adoption fee is waived!
Interested in adopting Betty Davis? This lovely girl is available at the Washingon Humane Society New York Avenue Adoption Center.
Hi Everyone! My name is Brooklyn and I am from DeKalb County, GA. I am usually seen chewing the legs off my plastic kooky chicken so he can’t get away. I also have my own Facebook page for you to check out!
Brooklyn is a beautiful dog available at DeKalb County Animal Services. She is enrolled in CHARM school, where volunteers work with her every Sunday. She has quickly learned commands and tricks and is very toy motivated. Brooklyn is spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. Can you give Brooklyn the forever home she deserves?
I look sad until someone gets pliers to get my cookie out of my Kong- Obi
Jessica is a sweet one and a half year old Corgi/Terrier mix from Arlington, VA. She’s up for adoption through Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation. Jessica loves giving kisses. In fact, she doesn’t ever want to stop. She is a cuddly lap dog with a gorgeous golden coat. She is good with dogs and cats and very very sweet. She is cratetrained, quiet, and well-behaved in the house. She is food-motivated, a quick learner, and eager to please. She would prefer a relatively calm and quiet home environment. She would make a great companion to an existing dog. Are you looking for a dog with the gorgeous coat of a golden retriever and the size and temperament of a lapdog? Then come meet Miss Jessica! Here is her profile.
We always suspected that Bella slept on our bed when we were out. The one time we close the door and she does this. Guess who has lost their full reign of the house privileges.
