The Art Critic
Sadie, my chocolate lab came walking out of my 9 year old daughters bedroom with red pieces of paper hanging from her mouth and she was chewing on something. I pryed open her mouth and then Olivia, my daughter, realized what it was and went running to her room. The whole art project which was a snowman made from marshmallows glued to a page of red contstruction paper was gone. My daughter was soooo upset! I couldn’t resist taking this picture because Sadie didn’t seem upset at all, she got to have a bunch of marshmallows and they were good!
Adoptable Fridays – Maddie
Maddie is smart, playful, and very people-friendly! Maddie is at the Humane Society of Sumner County, Hendersonville, TN. She loves belly rubs and squeaky toys and playing catch. She is eager to please and already knows her basic commands. Unfortunately, Maddie cannot be around other dogs, so we need to find her a great home, where she will be the only dog. Here is her petfinder profile.
Teagan, Artist Extraordinaire
I helped paint too! When our backs were turned, Teagan walked through the paint can lid and “helped” paint the laminate floor. Note her tail was a brush as well!

Om, Nom
“I acted as a living pacifier for my adopted brother, who missed his mommy. I’ve never even had puppies (or kittens) of my own. I look a bit ashamed. And soggy. Love, Bea xxx”

Mr.Red
Mr.Red has no shame. He’ll take any loving he can get.
Darla
I ate five jalapeño cheese slices.
Our chocolate lab, Darla, stole the rest of the spicy cheese from the table while we were out of the room (for about two minutes).
