Dinsdale didn’t want to get out of bed, but then apparently couldn’t get back to sleep either.
I decided to bring my dog up to university for a week and she wouldn’t pee when I took her outside. Turns out she prefers my roommate’s carpet!
Gus always wants to share with his little brother Jaq ( (pronounced “Jack”). He often shares too much….
Our girl Ginny (Dachshund/Terrier mix) has a taste for Mom’s panties.
Embers, our mini dachshund, has been banned from playing in the backyard due to sniffing out and eating every last morsel of rabbit poop! She is not allowed outside unsupervised anymore. At least we have discovered the source of her terrible poo-breath.
The tale on the sign is absolutely true. Loki likes to ride in the car, so I took him along on the trip to the pharmacy, figuring that we could go for a walk in that neighborhood after I picked up a prescription and some odds and ends. I guess I should have let Loki know the full plan before stepping into the store for 5 minutes.
This is Goose, the miniature dachshund. He keeps finding dead squirrels in the snow and drags them into the house as a prize. This is the fourth one he’s found!

We have four lovable dachshunds and, during our afternoon walks and even just during playtime in the yard at home, Lewt never fails to show his affection for his sisters be lifting his little leg and peeing on them.
My adopted doggies teach me something about patient every single day… and I love them for it!
