Jerk Brother
Twinkie- My jerk brother eats the faces off my stuffed animals.
Logan-Yes. I do!
Shameless
My errant pound puppies, Skeeter and Bean, were discovered playing tug of war with HALF of my favorite black bra. The other half has not been found.
PLEASE ADOPT! Visit your local shelter and meet the love of your life.
Don’t look at me. It was the puppy!
I didn’t eat Mommy’s cashmere sweater, or roll in the mud, or pass gas, or chew on the baby’s foot every time he wears footie pajamas, or eat the meatloaf off the table, or jump on the UPS delivery man. It was Tiger the puppy that did all that. Not me. I’m an angel.

Adoptable Fridays –Betty Boop and Curly Sue
These beautiful Labrador /Chesapeake Bay retriever girls are about 3 months old and perfect in every way. They’re available from Atlanta Lab Rescue in Atlanta, GA. They both love people and get along wonderfully with other dogs and cats. They are incredibly smart, housebroken, and will soon start to learn basic commands. Betty Boop is a bit more adventurous than her sister and will jump right into whatever seems like fun; Curly Sue tends to think before she leaps.
Betty Boop will probably grow to be about 45lbs; Curly Sue is smaller so will be less than 40lbs when fully grown. The only thing they like more than playing is snuggling-up on the sofa with their foster mom. They are both full of puppy-joy and are guaranteed to bring lots of smiles to whoever is lucky enough adopt them. More information could be found here.
Adoptable Fridays – Pippa, Presto and Poe
These adorable pups had a very rough start in life, but their luck turned around on Mother’s Day weekend when they were rescued from a Memphis, TN dumpster and are now with the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. When found, they were emaciated (the smallest, Poe only weighing 2.8 pounds), had ticks, fleas, roundworms, Giardia, and Coccidia.
Look at them only 5 weeks later – happy, healthy pups ready to be adopted! These sweet babies are also smart; they learned how to sit in only 2 days and are well on their way to being housetrained. Like the sign says, “Will sit for kibble” and just about anything else.
The Green-Pawed Puppies
Olive jumped the fence to our garden, pulled down all the corn stalks, took bites out of all the watermelons and trampled the green beans. She was kind enough to pull the corn over the fence to share with Bellini that she later vomited all over our bed in the middle of the night. After a summer of work my husband and I each got one ear of corn.

Hearing Aid Chompers
My mother’s miniature dachshund girls both ate her dad’s hearing aids when he came to visit.
