If you dampen the feathers by misting them with a spray bottle, the water will weigh them down enough to gather them up.
Personal experience: scrape them into a pile with something like a dustpan, flattened cereal box, or binder edge. bag them, then vacuum up the dregs. Vacuums don’t work very well for feathers.
