Poor baby! My pitty had this , we called her corn chip…the animal dermatologist said It’s caused by bacteria or yeast .. Can’t remember which.

It’s yeast. They live between the fold of her face where it is warm and moist. They can cause sores, and if her face smells strongly of corn nuts she is probably uncomfortable. A trip to the Vet is a good idea.
