My boy wears his harness- he has been since he was 2 months old- but I take him out about 4 times a day- it needs to be a routine- I also take the harness off once we come inside- maybe this will help- my boy is always excited so we walk to the door and he has to circle me about 5 times before I can put his harness on- just use a calm voice and be patient:)
