Just a little warning: my small dog died last year after eating yarn; surgery to remove it from his intestines was more than his body could survive. I’m now very wary of letting my other dogs near yarn, especially if unaccompanied.

My bichon does the same thing. I finally gave in & made her a personal afghan, which made a huge difference!
