Oh, dear. I am always amazed how delicate dogs’ digestive systems are. It seems they don’t get sick when they eat dead things they find on the street, but can’t have a protein bar binge or (in my dog’s case) eat much more than a small bowlful of cooked turkey without having diarrhea. Feel better soon!

My dog whines quietly, very quietly, during such emergencies. It’s a noise that I can now hear no matter what. It really startles people when I suddenly bolt for the door like an Olympic sprinter & they haven’t heard anything.
