Poor silly Milo! FYI – a friend of mine has a dog who has been sprayed multiple time. He swears by Listerine as an alternative to shampoos and tomato juice. Really works too – just don’t get it in the dogs eyes!

My mom’s Sheltie mix was skunked last summer. Tried every remedy online to no avail. Had to use almost an entire bottle of specialty skunk shampoo!

Search the web for the baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and dawn dish soap recipe. It is inexpensive and works well. My three pups are slow learners when it comes to our white striped friends.
