either natures miracle skunk relief or homemade recipe of 1/4 cup Dawn, 1/4 cup Peroxide, 1/2 cup baking soda, mix till thick and add water to make a paste, spread on dog and rub into fur then rinse off and shampoo
Ditto on the peroxide/baking soda, dish soap mix, just be careful not to get it in his eyes. Use a washcloth on the face and let the mixture sit for a minute or two if your dog will let you. We’ve used this several times on our dogs and it does really work.
Same thing w/my moms sheltie mix. Got sprayed last spring. Gave him multiple baths, the peroxide one, tried all the internet remedies. Finally got specialized shampoo from vet, but even for months afterword, if he got wet (rained on) you could smell it!

What a cutie….and no matter how you treat the smell, when the dog gets wet it’ll still whiff of skunk a bit for a couple of months

Took years with regular bathing for my dog to stop smelling like skunk when she was wet!

Avon Skin So Soft. Soak a towel with it and rub the dog down well. It works! My Danes got skunked and its the only thing that worked.

Tomato Juice. Old wives trick but it worked for our gold retriever!
