Awww, poor guy! Someday he’ll hopefully learn. We have a senior female pitbull that’s the same way. Everyone and everything is a potential new friend. 🙂

They never figure it out. You would think that getting sprayed in the face once would do it but NO. Our Cocker got sprayed at least 4 times. The Terrier has been sprayed twice and she would go right after the next skunk she saw. We have been clued in on the Magic Potion ,to get rid of the smell.
1/4 cup Peroxide
1/4 cup Baking soda
2 T Dawn dish washing liquid (the plain one)
2 T lemon juice.
Spread it on immediately after being sprayed, don’t rinse the dog, rub it on dry. Let soak for 10 minutes then rinse. Repeat if necessary. Be careful any don’t get mixture in eyes.

Well Lamont, the skunks are a bad side effect, but living your life thinking that everyone is your friend is a good way to be. Keep on keepin’ on, buddy! 🙂
