while it is possible, it is unlikely unless the dog’s immune system is compromised. Dogs have a very acid stomach environment that destroys things like salmonella or e. coli. As you can imagine, the ancestors of dogs wouldn’t have lasted very long if they couldn’t eat raw meat.
