I absolutely agree with you Bethanne38. I was thinking the exact same thing. Coltrane’s family — there’s no way your cable being pulled out could cause an entire block to be out of service. AND, it shouldn’t have taken two days to repair. If that even were to be true, then it is ultimately Comcast’s fault for having inadequate systems. But, sorry about the pillow. Coltrane needs a kiss.

Everyone should celebrate that Coltrane obviously sniffed a fault somewhere and forced a response. This dog is hero! Really, humans are so unappreciative of doggy trouble shooting methods.
