His owner here! He doesn’t have a heart condition, he’d much rather go to the dog park and run free than go on a walk (he behaves, just its more fun to run)

amanda, he’s very sweet looking, he just wants to play rather than walk. Mine is the opposite, she makes me walk her for a least a mile, then goes into the dog park and sits on a chair to watch the other dogs play.
