My Yorkie and I were turned away from a Home Depot store because they had an “employee with a dog phobia.” I drove across the street to a Lowe’s to do my shopping and was greeted by three employees at the door who each petted and played with my dog. My Harry has never relieved himself in a hardware store but it might be helpful (just in case) to have a few cleanup stations available, as do most pet stores.
