Sugar is a senior Beagle foster whose tongue always hangs out. She lives in Raleigh, NC an is being adopted through Calvin’s Paws. She has no problem licking anything and anyone with her crazy tongue. Adults are creeped out by it, small children are fascinated with it. Other dogs know where it’s been and want no part of it.
