Is this a recent thing? Her outwardly rotated right eye suggests she may have a cranial nerve lesion. It could be affecting her swallowing as well. I would get it checked just in case.

Josie is fine! She had a little cut inside her mouth from chewing her nylabone. And her teeth are newly cleaned and minty fresh! No cranial nerve lesion for this one, Frenchies just look like that: weird.
