This is what beagles do. I had one that stole all tissues everywhere and stored them under the bed. That was a big surprise. Another beagle would snoop in guests’ handbags and steal only kleenex. I’ve never had another type of dog that would do this, just beagles. Love them!
It took me a few years to get lidded garbage cans for our bathrooms. My kids hate them but they hated cleaning up after our dog (lab mix, but maybe there is beagle in him somewhere!) emptied them worse. Now to get him from taking tissues out of the dispenser by himself! You pup just needs a new toy 🙂 He is looking pretty fine in his old age 🙂

My beagle does it too! He usually gets dirty tissue out of the trash but he has recently started stealing the entire roll of tp! Silly beagles!
