Our Great Dane puppy, Rigby, tried to surprise me by jumping off the bed at the same time that I was bending down to pick up one of her toys. The end result was a minor concussion for me and a tiny smidgen of shame (temporarily) for Rigby.

Aww! Reminds me of that morning when my own Dane Leo was about the same age. We were playing tug, he lunged to get his toy back and his tiny and ultra sharp teeth ripped open the right side of my nose. Who knew that it could bleed that much!
