i think it might be reverse sneezes that she does. That’s the best description i’ve heard them called and they do sound like pig snorts. My dog does it all the time and it’s common in smaller breeds like yours. My dog actually looks very similar to your and she’s a Pommeranian/toy fox terrier mix.
